Want to See a Drop Dead Gorgeous Kitchen Sink? - BLANCO America

Ok, here it is...I dee double dare you to dispute me?

Is this gorgeous or what?  Yes, I am totally dying over this Modex sink from BLANCO AMERICA.   This German manufacturer is know for creating fine sinks and faucets that bring quality and style to a new level.  In the Modex, award winning design, they did not disappoint!  I might start calling this sink "Marilyn" after Marilyn Monroe instead of Modex because it definitely plays a leading role in the kitchen.   It's sexy and sleek, but also functional!  Unlike movie stars, this sink doesn't have a bad angle.  No matter which angle you view it, it's irresistible.

The surface is an ultra-durable and cleanable surface made of 80% rock-hard granite, BLANCO Silgranit.  Resistant to scratches, stains and all household acids and solutions. Shown here in the dynamo color of cinder with the compact BLANCO Alta faucet in the polished chrome/cinder finish.

This sink features an ash cutting board and a large
drainer board.  The sink sits about 3" above the counter and offers an ample amount of service space for food prep and clean up.

It's also available in anthracite and white.

The Modex is one of twenty three shapes offered by BLANCO.To see the complete collection of the Silgranit sinks click here

Well, while I do profess my love for the Modex, sometimes  a sink for smaller kitchens, islands or butler's pantries, is needed, and in those situations, the BLANCO'S Crystalline  is the perfect solution.  It co-ordinates seamlessly with the Linus kitchen faucet in polished chrome shown here.  This sink features the innovative MicroEdge technology only available from BLANCO.  It's called the "vanishing sink", because when not in use, the safety glass cover fits on top of the sink to create more workspace or to hide your dirty dishes.  Isn't that clever?  Somebody needs to create a desk with that action.

Another great sink from BLANCO is the Cerana which can be contemporary or traditional depending on how you chose to mount it. Made of authentic fireclay, the surface won't stain, chip or fade. Shown here with the BLANCO Culina Faucet in polished chrome.

Often called the jewelry in the kitchen, BLANCO'S faucets are pretty spectacular as well.  BLANCO makes a big splash with this new faucet line. Here we have a close up of  the "Alta" with pull down spray.  It's just the right size and provides a sleek contemporary look.  This faucet is available in fashion forward Biscotti, Cafe Brown, Cinder, Truffle, White (shown) and also in chrome.

The "Grace II" offers timeless style and sophistication which is at home in a traditional kitchen.  It offers a pull out and pulldown faucet design with dual spray options.

The "Napa" with pull down spray has gentle curving
lines.  Available in polished chrome or stainless steel,
BLANCO called this faucet "livable style".  This faucet
is an easy fit into any style kitchen.  It also has a
lifetime warranty.

The "Hiland" faucet with pull down spray is happy to be center stage or play a supporting role.  This transitional design works well in any decor and makes clean-up a snap. Did you know that faucets are the most abused fixtures in a house?  That's why BLANCO engineers faucets for durability and easy maintenance.
