Summer is a great time for entertaining! I enjoy planning creative menus for family and friends. I don't like spending hours in the kitchen, so I am always looking for delicious and beautiful menu ideas, which don't take hours to prepare. Sure anyone can find ideas and recipes online, but there is nothing that compares to holding a book and viewing photos of parties as long as I want. I wanted to share some of my favorites.
