Crowned the favorite piece of Oct. 2012 Market!
I want to share some of the other pieces I loved
from their showroom. So much goodness in one spot!
Paramount 3 drawer chest in Navy received the most repins in the Style Spotter Contest on Pinterest. I think the combination of that navy chest with that awesome Meg Braff wallpaper is swoon worthy! Of course that temple jar coupled with those lamps and the Bradford mirror make for a pretty spectacular vignette, don't you think?
The Isabella chest in walnut topped off with
the Emil Mirror in antique bronze.
In case you haven't noticed brass etageres are all the rage and the Anton
from Bungalow 5 is just beautiful in this antique gold finish.

Two pieces I adored in this showroom are shown together! Here we have the Athena gold leaf mirror over the Isabella large cabinet in zebrano wood with silver ball pulls and elegantly scalloped frame detail.
Close up of the scalloped pattern on the door
edging when opened.
The Collette vanity/desk table is ready to do double duty in a bedroom. The faux bamboo metal in antique gold is further evidence that gold has returned to the interior scene
in a big way.
Mirrored furniture is still around as is blue & white pottery as is evident with the Catherine 9 drawer buffet with the Spring 6 sided vase with handles in blue and white. Who says you can't put mirror over mirror! Love the novel idea of the petal mirror over the Catherine!
Pops of orange were all over market. Here are two great looking orange porcelain lamps with silver leaf bases just waiting to be that extra pop of color every room needs! Gotta love that Claire mirror which adds just enough asian influence and design detail to make the mix with the parsons desk an interesting combo.
Not new but still one of my favorite Bungalow 5 pieces, The Piedmont Cabinet shown in matte white lacquer with black walnut veneer interior and silver pulls.
New this market was the Berkley Desk in grey cerused
oak and white combo which was a new look for many

showrooms this market.
Pierre Tray table in grey, orange, and high gloss navy shown here in white packs a punch even though it is small in stature.
As you can see, Bungalow 5 definitely had it together in the trend zone. It's no wonder since the designers of the line are designers and architects from New York City who know what they are doing! This line continues to deliver a high quality designer look at a price that is affordable.
The mix of high gloss finishes, asian influence, navy, green, gold metal and sleek lines gives the a 100% trend on in my book! The lines of their furniture are reminiscent of classical archetypes yet have a modern sensibility which makes them work as easily in a contemporary loft or a traditional home.
